- All shipments are with tracking. Once you receive your confirmation, please allow 2 to 14 business days for delivery. Seller is not responsible for any unclaimed or abandoned items. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped it is non cancellable and non refundable.
ADDITIONAL BUYER'S IMPORTING/RECEIVING FEES
- Any additional customs/taxes/fees/brokerage charges are the buyers sole responsibility.
- Any buyer whose country/location/destination is not listed in the shipping option must contact us at email@example.com with your coordinates so that we may quote on the shipping charges related to the order. We will promptly respond and email directly with the details on how to proceed with the order.
FOR ALL EUROPEAN ORDERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING DELIVERY.
- The item is shipped via DHL Global Mail. Once you receive your tracking number which begins with “GM” you may track it here: https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/Once your package arrives in your country of destination it is taken over by your local postal service. On the website mentioned above, you will find on the right hand side of the page, where your tracking information is, another tracking number listed under “Delivery by Postal Provider” and that number may start with a “RX” or a “LW” etc., depending on your country’s postal system.
You must then go to the webpage of you local postal provider and track your package.
We have had many customers who have missed their delivery or the postal provider is holding the package for custom purposes etc. It is up to you, the buyer, to keep track and collect your package as we have no control how countries decide to handle shipments.

NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
- There are no refunds. We do not accept returns. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the defect.
